This large apartment of approx.100m² is on the 1st floor in the house of the owners. The flat of the owners is separated and locked, the living room on the galery open to the staircase only. The efficiency apartment is very well furnished: Group seated at a table in the living room, TV (cable) , stereo set. From here an exit to the small balcony with beautiful views to the countryside. 3 bedrooms - one with double bed and two more 2-3 single beds. Bathroom with shower/toilet.
Well and completely equipped kitchen with gas-oven, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. From here you reach the large terrace on the backside - equipped with table, chairs and umbrella - sitting at best for dinner and relaxing.
Umgebung: Qrendi is nearby to the famous temples of Hagar Qim and Mnajdra, within reach by walk. In Qrendi you'll also find the most important shopping possibilities. Busroute to Valletta (5min by feet).
The famous Blue Grotto is in distance of approx. 2km; Rocky- and sandy beaches by car in 15-20Min.
