Description:
On the 1st and 2nd floor are these two larger efficiency apartments for 4 persons with 2 bedrooms each: DF153 with 2 single beds each and DF152 with one double bed and 2 single beds. One of the bedrooms faces the street.
Both efficiency apartments have a completely equipped kitchen with combined stove and refrigerator/ freezer. Washingmachine. Bathroom with shower/toilet. Dining area.
Both apartments were renovated in march 2010 and are partly new furnished. A small, nice balcony was built as well.
Lage: Marsaxlokk is a picturesque fishing village in the south of the island. One searches hotels in vain here. At the port there are several good and economical restaurants however. Purchase possibilities are in direct proximity. On Sundays great market is at the nearby port. Four efficiency apartments are in this house in the local center. The large, equipped roof-terrace with barbeque is available for all guests (steep spiral staircase!).
In march 2010 all four apartments got renovated, partly new furnished and completed by a balcony (flats on the 1st and 2nd floor).
