3-roomed apartment for 6-8 persons: apartment on the first floor. Very spacious living-room with antique pillars, cooking and dining corner, 2 double bed-couches (2x140cm). 1 room wirh double bed (160cm), 1 romm with 2 beds. Large bathroom with shower.Large terrace with garden furniture.
Umgebung: Pool (25x12,5) with sun terrace (open from mid-May to end September), tennis court (EUR 8/ hour), various trekking, table tennis, rent of mountain bikes (extra cost), horse riding in the vicinity. Parking space within the property. Outside lights.
Lage: About 1 km from Santo Pietro and only 3 km from Capannoli and the shops, 12 km from Casciana Terme, 60 km from Florence, 30 km from Pisa, 35 km from Volterra, 45 km from San Gimignano. One reaches the coast as well as beaches in approx. one auto hour.
