2-roomed apartment with mezzanine for 4-6 persons: on the ground floor. Living-room/kitchen with dining corner, double bed-couch (160cm). Mezzanine with 2 single beds which can be put next to each other. Double bedroom (160cm). Bathroom with shower. Outside space with garden furniture.
Umgebung: Pool (25x12,5) with sun terrace (open from mid-May to end September), tennis court (EUR 8/ hour), various trekking, table tennis, rent of mountain bikes (extra cost), horse riding in the vicinity. Parking space within the property. Outside lights.
Lage: About 1 km from Santo Pietro and only 3 km from Capannoli and the shops, 12 km from Casciana Terme, 60 km from Florence, 30 km from Pisa, 35 km from Volterra, 45 km from San Gimignano. One reaches the coast as well as beaches in approx. one auto hour.
