2-roomed apartment for 4 persons: on the ground or first floor with separate entrance. Spacious living/dining-room with cook corner and dining corner as well as double bed couch (160cm). Bathroom with shower.
Umgebung: Pool (25x12,5) with sun terrace (open from mid-May to end September), tennis court (EUR 8/ hour), various trekking, table tennis, rent of mountain bikes (extra cost), horse riding in the vicinity. Parking space within the property. Outside lights.
Lage: About 1 km from Santo Pietro and only 3 km from Capannoli and the shops, 12 km from Casciana Terme, 60 km from Florence, 30 km from Pisa, 35 km from Volterra, 45 km from San Gimignano. One reaches the coast as well as beaches in approx. one auto hour.
