Located on the hills between Lucca and Montecatini and surrounded by wine yards and olive groves, this beautiful stone rustico was restored by maintaining its original character. It has extensive lands (10.000 sqm.) and a beautiful swimming pool (prefabricated, partly set in earth: 8,40 x 4,90m, deep: 1.20m) set within the natural terraces of the olive groove.
The whole area around the pool is completely fenced for the safety of your children and equipped with shower, table, chairs, deck-chairs, sun beds and beach umbrellas. Next to the house there is a further area fully equipped with a long table and comfortable chairs for“al fresco” dining.
The beautiful countryside with its warm colours and wonderful views will provide several possibilities for pleasant walks and will allow the guests to discover many lovely and tiny villages rich of history and traditions. Besides, those who are keen on culture and art will be happy to tour the nearby art towns such as Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Pisa and Lucca. Possibility of buying local wine.
