The surroundings are typically Mediterranean with tall trees and low bushy plants, with the town of Rio Marina 3 kilometres away. This is an interesting centre famous for its old mining history and these days makes up part of the National Park. There are all the services you need here for your holiday. The town is well known for its good local Elban cooking, with the traditions being carefully kept up until the present time.

The first floor is dominated by a large living room with a splendid sea view and contains a single sofa bed; there is a double bedroom with French windows looking over the sea; a smaller room which sleeps two; a kitchen, two bathrooms with showers.

The ground floor has a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with a sea view. The outside area is furnished with a table, chairs and sun beds with sun umbrellas. In addition there is a barbecue, washing machine. From here you can go directly down to the beach via a private footpath.
