New building, completely enclosed, beach distance ca. 1300 m reachable by a free shuttle bus. The distance to the town centre is about 900 m and the most important shops are in front of the village at a distance of 50 m. It is built of 9 blocks of flats 4 floors each connected by elevators; the whole building is also accessible for disabled people. The village offers an enclosed swimming-pool area, made of 4 pools with a surface of about 800 m² and different depths, hydro-massage, games for children and a slide of 4,5 m. There is also a great solarium area with sun-chairs and ombrellas, a snack bar and a small restaurant for the guests of the village; a panoramic tower gives you the possibility to have a nice view over the whole landscape. For the entertainment and different events in the evenings there are an amphitheatre and for the children a play ground with animation and in case of bad weather it offers a play room. A laundry with coins and a drying-room are at the clients' disposal; there is also the possibility to hire bicycles for adults and children at low cost. All apartments are elegant and modern furnished with all comforts: safety door, air condition, heating, safe, Sat-tv, microwave, coffee-machine and a bathroom with a large shower-box and a hairdryer.
