Dining room and living-room, kitchen with fridge of 140l, electric oven and stove, bathroom with shower and washbasin, separate WC, corridor leading to a bedroom with double bed (140cm), bedroom with bunk bed and 1 single bed, TV room with access to a partly covered terrace, summer kitchen with access to the terrace (2 electric hot plates, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and barbecue), pool 4x10m behind the terrace with a big pool of 2,20m depth (diving possible), from the TV room stairs lead to a bedroom with double bed of 140cm, bathroom with bath, washbasin and bidet, separate WC. From the terrace stairs lead to a separate bedroom on garden level with bunk bed and pull-out bed for 2 persons, bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC.
Umgebung: rectangular pool surrounded by a beach with garden furniture in a closed property of about 1500 sq m. Closed garage with washing machine.
Lage: about 3km from the centre of San Peire and the thalasso therapy centre, 1000m from the beach and the shops of the village Provençal, 35km from St Tropez, 15km from the golf courses of St Maxime and Roquebrune sur Argens.
