Entrance hall, living-room with parlour and double bed-couch, dining corner in direction of the garden, equipped American kitchen (open to the living-room), larder with deep-freeze and washing machine, separate WC, bedroom with electric double bed of 140cm, nicely decorated bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, shower/WC.
Umgebung: private pool (about 9x4m) with little pool-house with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and shower/WC in a partly fenced property of about 2000 sq m with lawn, beautiful trees and automatic irrigation. A little stream runs along this property. Terrace with garden furniture and sunshade around the pool, barbecue in the pool-house. Parking space within the property. The owner lives alone in a discreet little adjoining building with separate entrance in a corner of the property.
Lage: About 5km from the centre of GRASSE, in the residential district of Plascassier, about 2km from the shops and about 25km from the beach. Train Cannes-Grasse in the surroundings.
