Description:
2-roomed apartment with air-conditioning for 5 persons. Surface: about 38 sq m + 16 sq m terrace. Living-room with 1 pull-out bed for 2 persons and fully equipped kitchenette with glass ceramic stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) + 1 single bed (pull-out bed either in the bedroom or in the living-room), bathroom in traditional style with luxurious multijet shower, separate WC.
Umgebung: at your disposal are: a large swimming pool (about 14x7m) which is open from May to end September with whirlpool with 6 places and little paddling pool for the kids (4x4m), terrace and deckchairs in a vaste property of 1 hectare. The residence also possesses a reception. Each apartment has its own entrance. The residence is very safe thanks to a fence and an automatical gate, inside you find 47 parking spaces. The apartments with comfortable interior and air-conditioning are either on the ground or second floor and possess all their own beautiful terrace that invites you to enjoy the Mediterranean life.
Lage: about 700m from the port of ST TROPEZ with its various activities, about 300m from the famous beach of Bouillabaisse, about 800m from a sailing school, about 500m from the small shops and 2km from the supermarket.
